Question

Nairobi Hospital conducted a clinical camp to test for hypothyroidism. The data collected focused on Thyroid patients, i have been tasked to create a model that will determine patients with or without hypothyroids

Goal

The goal is to use the information that I have been provided with to create a model that will predict the patients suffering from Hypothyroidsm given their symptoms
