Nope, agreed this is misleading. Really it's Senior Developers within the GDS (trying to differentiate between GDS and MSPs). I'll adjust

It may be that we have decided that we need senior developers but I think we have had mid level devs run PETAL too- if we want to open up the pool of possible people.

I've update the documents now to reference "GDS software developers" instead of "senior civil servants" or "senior developers"

Might seem pedantic, but we've had conversations before about contractors and even some interest outside of GDS, as this is an open repo let's make the targeting explicit
