This is an Android based applcation which can be used to manage complaints of an organisation. It has seperate login panels each for admin and as well for workers. The functionality of this application is limited for authorized personals as follows: Admin panel :- admin can go through all of the registered complaints, can see the status of each registered complaint, can see the feedback for each resolved complaint. Worker panel:- can go through all of the resgistered complaints, can update the status of each registered complaint as well as any diffculty faced. Complainant:- can register complaint, can see the status of complaint registered by him, can update the feedback once the complaint is resolved
