Through a partnership with Let's Encrypt Github allows HTTPS for custom domains since May 1. Let's enable this here.

Made the required DNS changes a couple of days ago, yet it still kept saying that I'm unable to enforce HTTPS because the certificate hasn't been issued yet. Went ahead now with trying to trigger issuance by removing (see a0894e8) and restoring (see 2e5634a) the CNAME file, which seemed to have done the trick.

Works now, bioperl.org is now under HTTPS! 🎉
