Objective

Prefer query parameters for things like email. As a part of this, I had to split paths prior to normalization due to parameters being given as part of the path argument to send

  • Please add unit tests where it makes sense to do so (encouraged but not required)
  • If this change requires a documentation update - notify the documentation team
  • If this change has particular deployment requirements - notify the DevOps team

👍. I don't expect there to be any issues with the update to the path normalization logic, but it might be worth mentioning that you enhanced that on the PR for future traceability.
