Description (required)
Especially on mobile, the icon was gray Android head icon.

Fixes #5406

What changes did you make and why?
I created the fastlane folder, the sub-folders hierarchy and put the icon file into the folder to display properly to the result page.

Not needed this time.

I added icon.png file to resolve the grey icon issue.

Looks good to me, it conforms to the Fastlane structure described by Izzy at https://gitlab.com/-/snippets/1895688#user-content-intro .
