Adding catalog for sourceDetails and targetDetails #173

Solving Issue #173

To get catalog if its provided in source details and target details

@junhonglau , merging directly to main branch is prohibited. You need to add unit tests and do integration tests. Need to verify backward compatibility for older customers. From code it looks like if catalog is not in conf it will fallback to {database}.{table} schematics
