• Update requirements to latest packages (2020/5/21)
• Change from scikit-learn to scipy
• Fix (some) numba warnings (your numba functions are not really numba conform)
• Removed hardcode parameters, paths
• Fit expected data-structure to nuScenes recommendation, see: https://github.com/nutonomy/nuscenes-devkit
• Provide a single shot run.sh, while the previous version became run-grid-search.sh that trails 8 different settings

No prob let the others service first. I roughly changed the indentation of the code to "standard". So this pull would definitely rush into conflicts with others.
