Description of Changes

  • Remove spam communities + spam content from activity feeds
  • Adds SetCommunityTier command for super admins
  • Migration sets several communities as spam + adds index on "Threads.marked_as_spam_at"
  • Updates activity_rank_date index to ignore spam threads

Test Plan

Deployment Plan

  1. Requires downtime to complete the migration.

Other Considerations

  • A follow-up will remove spam from search results + update relevant text search indexes to remove spam results

@dillchen the communities marked as spam are: 'sanbounty-group', 'wen-base-mainnet', 'chao-tat-ca-ae-2025', 'cvalpha', 'abcd', 'tienvagai-community'
