Enable tests that pass locally; remove duplicates

There are 2 tests that appear twice in the same list, so I removed the duplicates:

• ^test_batchnorm_example_training_mode
• ^test_batchnorm_epsilon_training_mode

The other 3 tests passed locally, so I am enabling them to see if they also pass on the pipelines:

• test_batchnorm_epsilon_old
• test_batchnorm_example_old
• test_gathernd_example_int32_batch_dim1
