Make the sentence casing consistent for headlines in the Changelog.mdx file. Only capitalize the first word of the title, unless it's obvious it's a feature name like Web Editor

Updated the headline formatting in the Changelog to follow sentence case consistency. Only the first word of each headline is now capitalized, with exceptions for proper nouns and feature names.
