Appearance of Serious Bugs #13854
Comments
Hey @brentnhunter, We have created an internal ticket to look into this which we will be tracking as "GHC-1158" |
Hey @brentnhunter, Can you clarify what bug you are reporting here? We use GitHub issue for tracking bugs not for general support questions. |
It’s too complex to just describe in an email, send screen shots, etc. Basically it looks like there is some kind of major memory issue where fields are incorrectly being mapped to the wrong fields. I can show you . Now that I’m thinking more about it, I’ll create a Loom video in the morning to show you what’s going on. It looks like a very serious error so the main thing is I wanted to let you know in the event you aren’t already aware.

Do you have "pins" enabled on any node in your workflow? Look for purple coloured "pins" on nodes. |
Hi Rodger,
Thanks very much, I will check this as soon as I’m back at my desk. What are these pins anyway, I’ve seen references to them when I’ve been debugging and always wondered what they were. Do you have a webpage or video so I can learn more about them?
By the way, this is a perfect example of the value of having a little tooltip or popup or hyperlink that helps people use your system without having to take classes. There are so many examples of little things like this in your system that are no doubt features, but unless people know how to use them, they are obstacles.
Thank you,
Brent

Hey @brentnhunter It is hard to say if we are already aware of an issue without all of the details. I know we use the AI nodes internally to power the in product AI assistant and we have not seen anything unusual. Once we have the video we will take a look and see what is going on. |
FYI I am not using pins in any of my nodes.

Describe the problem/error/question
Some prompts which are different are producing exactly the same results. Statistically speaking, this is close to zero so there must be something going on with memory issues or something seriously wrong with the system. Are you aware of any issues?
What is the error message (if any)?
No errors, I happened to notice the issues.
Please share your workflow/screenshots/recording
Easiest is to screen share with you tomorrow so I can show you what is going on, it's very concerning.
Share the output returned by the last node
