feat(benchmarking) Forknet TPS test setup

This PR expands the sharded benchmark automation to include basic forknet benchmarks.

Changes

• Minor change to allow forknet initialization to complete without user prompt
• Refactor and cleanup of the main script bench.sh
• Improved and updated readme files
• Added support to run native token transfers benchmarks in an "fairly" automated manner. The commands to run benchmarks are the same as the one used for localnet, for consistency.
