I'd drop the "only" since you can't install it without installing the other two.

Are you sure (I haven't tried VM is giving me trouble)?

* Basic Unix tools required for some tests,
[Git for Windows](http://git-scm.com/download/win) includes Git Bash
and tools which can be included in the global `PATH`.
