NLS defines the "NoiseLingo" protobuf-based negotiation language, and combines it with NoiseSocket to form "NoiseLingoSocket". The NLS document will also define default NLS profiles (NoiseLink and NoiseBox variants). These profiles provide "off-the-shelf" Noise protocols that can be used as-is, or as starting points for further modification.
