To ease migration ito 3.14.x in production environment (due to #4320) , create a script that moves the bundles to the subdirectory bundles

A shell linux script :

If the bundles sub directory does not exist
create it
move all bundles in the subdirectory

The script shall have as a parameter the business storage directory

The script is to be in src/tooling/migration-opfab3.14
