People aren't able to follow me. Why?

I don't know why people aren't able to follow.
below is the screenshot of my friend showing no follow button

Could be due to various reasons, maybe it's because you aren't as active in github as you should or its a personal setting that you may have disabled

Check if your GitHub account is set to private or if there are any privacy settings that could restrict following.

maybe , because im not checking this option in my account and people can follow me . try to uncheck it and see the results

i think the problem will be fixed if you uncheck it

You can't be followed only by accounts that you've blacklisted, hence most likely you have accidentally blacklisted your friend
