Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
pandas added a .list access for PyArrow dtypes in pandas 2.2.0 https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/whatsnew/v2.2.0.html#series-list-accessor-for-pyarrow-list-data

This will help partially solve the failing tests/expr_and_series/list/len_test.py::test_pandas_object_series Narwhals test xref #18248
