The app might be ready to use by next week. We only have to finish the mailers:

Look at pull request "Set up organizer mailer"

• we merged it and deployed it to Heroku
• we created a fake conference and the mailer works: we receive a confirmation mail :)

We set up an applicant mailer to confirm applications

• we followed the Rails Guide: http://guides.rubyonrails.org/action_mailer_basics.html
• It worked, we all received confirmation mails

What else do we have to do before launching the app?

• click trough the app and try, if everything works
