Just got a PR that included [Text]() in the SUMMARY.md. The link text is empty. Since mdbook tries to create new pages for empty links, it's trying to create a link to a directory. This causes the failure message:

[ERROR] (mdbook::utils): Error: Is a directory (os error 21)

This may also happen if the link is to any directory?

I'm assuming that's the case. It seems like an easy fix so I'll see if I can squeeze it in before the 0.1 release.
