Implement independent item loader in the execution stage (#63)

Qst files are now loaded 2 times: first in the analyzer stage and later again
in the execution stage. Both stages are now decoupled from each other in
such a way that they no longer share objects. This is a necessary step
for #29 and #62.

* Improve tag lookup table and Tag
* Eliminate Testcase item from Job
* Eliminate Project item from execution stage
* Introduce ProjectDatabase as a central storage container containing
  the intermediate representation.
