This PR adds a new explore page allowing users to upload a list of targets, and select a DAP map to display for all targets. The user can upload a list of plateifus or manga-ids, up to 50 targets. After successful parsing of the file and targets, the user can select a single DAP map to display for all targets. A version of this closes #650.
