feat: Add chat screen with sidebar and chat input form

This PR introduces a chat screen that consists of:

• A sidebar displaying all chats for easy navigation
• A chat input form on the right side for initiating message

🔧 Implementation Details:

• Used existing shadcn UI components to maintain consistency
• Ensured a responsive and accessible design
• Designed the layout to be easily reusable for multiple chat-related screens

🚀 Why This Change?

Many applications require a structured chat interface with a sidebar for conversation selection. This component can be reused across different screens where such a layout is needed.
