Hey I noticed there was no way to control whether the user can resize/minimize/maximise a window, so I added appropriate getters and setters and implemented them for Win32.
I'm having trouble setting up GTK and I don't have a Linux VM ready right now, so if someone wants to take over and implement this for GTK that would be swell :)
