I'm now realizing this is missing some basic functions for accessing the image cache. These should be able to be simple adaptations of the generic value cache functions. |

There should also be a section in the readme for upgrading form v2 to v3, specifically mentioning |

Adding a table of contents to the readme would be nice as well. |
Move Images and Thumbnails sections to their own third-level sections
