Mach 2.0 inviscid supersonic flow past a ramp in a channel case. Nishikawa-R5 limiter is used/demonstrated.

Please add the config to the code repo instead (easier to maintain if we change some options)
Can you add a converged restart file? It's easier to track regressions having a known good solution.

Added a restart file. Residual dropped to  -13 order.
