The script takes a list of dates, extracts these days from Sources/SK_term_*.tsv, and stores them in SampleSources/SK_term_*.tsv.
Makefile should allow the "run on sample" flag, so when it is set SampleSources is used and the result and intermediate steps are stored in SampleData.
