This is a follow-up to issue 316 which proposes a solution for developing with v/ui on ChromeOS.

I didn't know you could run sudo apt install on chrome os

@medvednikov It's inside a sandboxed Debian 10 install (officially supported) and it works really well. You get full terminal access with sudo. You can open apps with GUIs (Emacs/Sublime Text/VS Code) with no issues. Someone even figured out a way to run KVM and install other distros.
