Use espree when parsing expressions #62

Ok after getting more feedback in bug report from person trying to lint Vue + Coffeescript, my understanding is that the issue is really that for all Vue "expressions" (eg template {{ ... }}, v-for, etc), Vue always parses these the same way (as JS)

So should always use espree when parsing expressions, not specified custom parser

So closing #61 in favor of this PR

This can be helpful for typescript users, as fragment parsing is not that fast in @typescript-eslint, and vue syntax does no support types anyway
