text spacingは達成基準名のママでよいのではないでしょうか…

ensureの訳を出すようにしつつ、「が」が2回出てこないようにしてみましたがどんなもんでしょうか。

「AとBとの組み合わせ」かなと。
「スタイルプロパティについては無視する」はちょっと苦しいですかね… allow A to doは「Aが…できるようにする」とすれば「スタイルプロパティをコンテンツ制作者が無視できるようにする」が自然でしょうか…。
