Github workflows: Fix Regression runs multibranch support

Changelog entry

• added step Prepare folder prefix in action to avoid writing results in one folder from different branches (in matrix:branch mode)
• fixed matrix branch run condition for run in main and stable branches at once by schedule of workflow
• added runs_on labels self-hosted, auto-provisioned, build-preset-{inputs.build_preset}] to assume gh_runner with custom preset of CPU and RAM for each build type
