Type parameters lost in instantiation

The following code

type Vertex{N,T}; end
type Face{V}; end
type Hull{F<:Face}; end

function create_hull(N, T)
    F = Face{Vertex{N,T}}
    @show F
    hull = Hull{F}()
    @show typeof(hull)
end

create_hull(4, Int)

prints

F => Face{Vertex{4,Int64}}
typeof(hull) => Hull{Face{V}}

I would have expected typeof(hull) => Hull{Face{Vertex{4,Int64}}}, but somehow the type parameters to Face seem to have got lost when Hull was instantiated.
