Tracking work remaining work before devfile public community registry goes live (announcement):
P1:

• odo to move to the new registry (create PR on odo repo) (odo Migration to OCI based public community devfile registry #367)

• Stack creator switch over (Move devfile stack creators over to devfile/registry from odo-devfiles/registry #391)
• Stability monitoring after odo PR merge (check if any of their PR tests hitting the live server)

• QE tests
